Thank you for your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless an incorrect item was sent due to our error.

Order Accuracy
It is extremely important that you double-check all measurements and specifications before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If a return is requested due to incorrect measurements on your end, we may accept the return at our discretion, but an additional charge will apply to cover material costs and labor. This includes any resizing, remaking, or reworking of your order.

No Money-Back Refunds
We do not offer money-back returns. Each item is made to order, and materials are purchased and time is invested specifically for your custom product. As such, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse or subjective preferences.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will promptly review the issue and work to correct it.

Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?

Additional Return Policy Terms:

  • All return requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
